Beat the heat with some stripes

Hi all!

This is a long due post. I should have been out with this last Monday but the whole week was super hectic! Have you guys noticed how "in" the blue stripes are? Well I can speak for India and I would say I see them everywhere- Chemistry, AND etc. etc. I am not complaining here. I love these stripes as they are perfect for the summers.

Today's look combines two of the most trending elements of this season- blue stripes and off-shoulder. I chose this dress because it was off-shoulder. You see off-shoulder tops everywhere but dresses are still not that common. In case you are picking up an off shoulder dress, do ensure that the elastic at the top is broad and not very tight! 

This is the last casual look for the month to come! The blue and white stripes went perfectly well with the white sneakers. I wanted to use cool color tone in jewelry too so used this silver neck piece in place of the cliched choker. And lastly for the harsh sun, I used my blue sunnies.

The Green Pants!!

 Hi there!

How is the Christmas preparation going?? I hope it is great for all of you..! I have finally managed to get an outfit post done...yayie!! So today's post is in the spirit of the holidays. Christmas is about a lot of reds and greens.  So I have made an ensemble using the green pants! I am in love with this pair... <3 I love it for the color and the awesome fit! With the pant I have matched a plain white blouse from Vero Moda. The handbag is reddish brown from Esbeda. I wanted to use all golden accessories with it. I have used golden earrings (from H&M) and pendant(from Twenty4) and ballet flats (ebay) with golden bow. 

To add icing to the cake, I used this beautiful Icecream Silica Gel watch. The lovely ladies from Born Pretty Store were sweet enough to gift it to me for review purpose (Complete review of the website coming soon!). It was just perfect for the outfit since it was white and golden! I am in love with this watch for its stylish design. I always wear it with all my whites. It actually goes with formal wears too (I wear it to my office all the time!! :D ). The size of the dial is just perfect...!! And it came in such a pretty box! It can actually become a great  Christmas gift... :)
