Summer Office Look

Hi!!
I am so happy today...because I get off till Monday! A whole extra day!! Yesterday I had to give a presentation in my office which was quite important. The day I have to give presentations are the only days when I am really in formal attire. So...I thought  I should use this opportunity for a formal OOTD...
I have opted for a pink top keeping in mind the spring with lace work which is one of the greatest trend this summer. The lace work in the front and back of the top makes it look extra extra pretty! I love this high waist pants from Vero Moda as it really help hide your bulges! I have used black wedges which have a golden lining just to give it a girly touch, And I have kept all the accessory to be pearls. It simply adds elegance to the entire outfit. I am wearing pearl neckpiece, earrings and rings. Here is the breakdown of my outfit:
Top: RIG (Pantaloons)
Pants: Vero Moda
Shoes/Wedges: Abu Dhabi (Forgot store name)
Neck Piece and Earrings: Gifted
Watch: Calvin Klein
Rings: Courtesy BornPretty Store (Can also be seen HERE)

Oops....almost forgot...Offcourse my presentation went amazing ;) (Dressing up definitely boosts my confidence!!)

Red Wine and Onesie!!

Hello lovelies!!
Life has become so unpredictable these days... I myself never know what I would do next! I had no plans this weekend... and then my Persunmall jumpsuit (better called onesie!!) arrived... I was just talking to my friend how I wanna wear it and do an outfit post when she suggested to attend the Sulafest 2014. I had no clue what it was before that day and the next day I was there! And I cannot express the amazing experiences I had there. Everything..the wine...the music...and the people were just too good to be true! Since I have recently moved to Mumbai, I always wonder "Where is the fun happening in the city??" and I saw it all there!
Ohk...moving  on to the outfit...! Remember how in my Spring must have list, I had mentioned owning something red is an absolute must this season? So I had to own this gorgeous jumpsuit from Persunmall.com! It was love at first sight... It was available in two colors and both were so pretty that I had a hard time choosing one.

Minty ode to my college: OOTD

Hello there!
I am writing after such a looooooong time! I was very busy with winding up things from my college. And then my entire family was together so had no time to visit my blog... :/ But would try and be regular now although I know this entire month would be busy again for me. And why is that?? Because I am visiting Abu Dhabi at the end of this month!! I am super excited!! Yayie... :D  I hope everything goes smoothly and I get the visa... Do comment if you know where to visit and what  to buy in Abu Dhabi. It would be really very helpful. :)
So today's OOTD is my final OOTD from my college. I did it on my last day. I know it is not that great because I had packed and sent off all my accessories and had to make do with the very little I had. Also the weather was so hot and humid that my hair looked horrible. :( But nonetheless I love it as it was my last one from my college. The first picture has the main building of my college and I was so paranoid posing as there were so many people there!
This spring mint color is really popular So I also thought to go for it. I bought this polka dot mint top from a street market in Mussoorie (Uttarakhand). I just love it and paired it with my black jeans and peep toes. I use mint shade for my nails too. <3
Here I am wearing:
Mint top: Street Find
Black Jeans: Only
Peep toed Ballet Flats: Chief 19 store (Sector 17, Chandigarh)
Watch: Calvin Klein
Earrings: Bought from Germany (Don't remember the store name)

Farewell OOTD...

Hello everyone!
How have you been lately? As you can see, I hardly write these days. :(  Actually the last 2 months are left for my college and everyone is nostalgic. I have been kept busy with all the farewells and parties happening here. Now that everything is towards it's end, I don't want my college life to end! I guess that happens with everyone... :/
But the good thing is that I am having loads of photo sessions. So I guess I would do more and more OOTDs... :D
Somebody asked me to remove the robo check from comments some time back. Every time I was opening my blogger it bothered me so much that I wasn't able to remove it. But finally I have been able to do so. Yayie! Please let me know if it still persists.
Today I am with an OOTD that I wore for my department farewell. It was in the evening so please bear with a little dark pictures. :(
I wore a pink colored tube dress as it is a summery shade and also because pink shade goes with my complexion. Hehe...
I wore black sequined pumps and accessorized it with a watch and matching earrings. I did a very light makeup mainly because I don't know how to. :( I just used a BB cream, lip color and eye liner.

Dress: H&M
Earrings: Gifted
Shoes: Random Store
Watch: Calvin Klein (here)

See through and Sheer clothes

Spring Fashion-Part II

Hi everyone!
I am back with the second part of the Spring fashion 2013 series. In my previous post I was talking about the stripe hype for this spring(If you missed it then you can read it here.). Today I would show you another trend which I personally am crazy about.
This is the trend of  see through clothes or what we call the sheer clothes. They were in vogue this fall and still manage to hold their position for the coming spring. They are incorporated by many designers in their Spring 2013 collection. Some of the notable ones being Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Valentino and Dolce & Gabbana. Let's have a look at some of the designs showcased by them.

I would start with the most bold designs. I chose the Valentino dress for inspiration as the floral print seems to welcome the spring. We can take a cue from this dress to wear sheer floral printed tops. They would look very classy and chic. The next is the Calvin Klein dress. Their entire spring collection is very elegant because of the use of sheer clothing and nude shades. I love this dress and am waiting to sport it on some celeb soon. This dress gives the freedom of wearing a tube dress without looking vulgar. The last one is from Marc Jacobs. I would love to buy a beige colored sheer top and match it with a tank top inside.

My very first Calvin Klein!!

I am so so so excited that words are not coming to me... All I wanna do is scream and jump around with joy! What happened?? Calvin Klein happened!!
So just day before yesterday I got my birthday present from the most special man in my life..*blush* *blush*  The present was exactly a month late (my birthday is on 28th Nov) so he couldn't take chances with it... :D
He bought me a watch from Calvin Klein and it is the most prettiest watch I have ever seen! So now no more words and I am directly jumping to the part where I show you all the photographs!! :)

This is the cute bag in which it came....
